Yes, canceling your order is allowed only if the order has not been processed yet. To find out if your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@veganshirtly.com. Note that the customer will pay the shipping cost/any fees for the return.. (You can't return a product that doesn't fit or if ordered the wrong size.)

VeganShirtly does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned to sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to non-collection. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME After your payment is verified, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. shipment/processing time might take longer than expected due to coronavirus. DELIVERY TIME We offer worldwide shipping. Our estimated delivery time is between 3-35 days due to coronavirus. You will receive your order anywhere from 3-35 business days from the date that it is shipped, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. *We aren't responsible for any missing orders/delays due to countries closing borders and post offices not working regularly because of the coronavirus situation).
